Fairfield County is a wonderful place to live! After just a few years in my Westport home, commuting into New York City to work, I became overwhelmingly inspired to both live and work in Connecticut. I started my own business and became completely absorbed into the community.

I obtained a CT Home Improvement Contractor license and began buying and renovating houses for resale. This quickly led to a license to sell real estate and ultimately with a few years of experience, more classes and a few exams, I obtained a real estate broker license.

My previously earned BS in Chemistry and experience in the laboratory as a research Analytical Chemist had cultivated my analytical skills. An MBA in Marketing had established a foundation for professionally marketing homes. Subsequently, I completed courses and received ten designations* in real estate specialties enabling me to provide the best possible assistance to buyers and sellers to accomplish their goals.

Additionally, I have led regional and state committees some of which include Professional Standards, Risk Management, Finance, Communications, Mid-Fairfield County Association of REALTORS®, Certified Residential Specialists, Women’s Council of REALTORS®, Fairfield County Consolidated Multiple Listing System, SMART Multiple Listing System and more. I currently represent Connecticut on the National Association of REALTORS® Professional Standards Committee and the Interpretations and Procedures Advisory Board. I was honored to be named the CT 2010 State REALTOR® of the Year. I was appointed by the First Selectman to a town commission, TEAM Westport (Together Effectively Achieving Multiculturism), contributed as a Trustee with marketing responsibility for Westport’s Earthplace, served on the first Board of Directors which established A Better Chance of Westport, Inc and was President of Westport’s Sunrise Rotary Club.

I work diligently with my national network of top performing professionals using state-of-the-art technology to ensure that my clients have all of the resources available to make the right decisions for themselves and their families. It is the kind of service that creates clients for life.

I know how to get things done. I create a comprehensive marketing plan for clients who are interested in selling their homes. That plan includes an honest evaluation based on current market conditions. Where helpful, I enlist the work of architects, attorneys, building inspectors, designers and planning and zoning departments to make the transition as efficient as possible.

Finally, my clients tell me that I am a great ‘listener’. I haveto hear you and sometimes interpret what I hear in order to truly understand and be responsive to your needs and wants.
